The moto-tent was easy to set up after a long ride. Spacious sleeping area. Because is the campsite that I had, I was not able park my bike in the garage section.

Très satisfait de ma mototent. Exactement ce que je m'attendais.
Je n'ai que quelques nuits de camping de fait avec la tente, mais aucune mauvaise surprise.
Seule déception, un joint male d'une pôle rouge était cassé à la 1ère installation. Mais grâce au cylindre d'aluminium dans le kit de réparation, j'ai pu monter la tente sans problème.
Ensuite, un simple courriel avec image m'a permis d'avoir une pôle de remplacement sans-frais et rapidement. Vraiment super service à la clientèle et super qualité de produit, c'est du sérieux. Vaut chaque $.
J'en fait la promotion aux plus de gens possible tellement ce produit me satisfait. Qualité de la toile, des zippers, super fonctionnelle et pratique, 4 sorties, option auvants, le confort d'être debout dans son abris, sac de transport AAA, etc.
Je suis certain que je pourrai écrire un autre commentaire positif de ma tente dans 10ans et + !

like all Lone Rider kit the MotoTent awning kit is well made and presented. I think this kit is overpriced for what it is but is certainly a useful addition to the tent.

Had the moto tent a while now, used several times and a great bit of kit. Had a problem with a pole on the awning kit and this was replaced under warranty without hesitation.

Just been away this weekend. The 2 friends I was riding with laughed at first saying I turned up with a hotel, though after a few beers around the fire it started to rain. After fixing the canopy up we all migrated to sitting in the garage part moved the fire to just on the edge of canopy and continued on chatting, having a beer whilst it rained. One of them set a midge repellent burning coil.
The other 2 didnt sit in their 2 man tent mini porches for the duration of our 4 days out. It was like having our own portable front room.

I am cheap. I thought that I could just use some existing poles to provide the support for the awning. Tent comes in and the idea I have doesn't work. Then I look closer and see what makes the kit different, and well worth the investment!
When I finally ordered, I wasn't going to be cheap and I got two kits! You never know when you might want to have two sides open. One of the best investments I have made for my moto-camping (and truck camping too!).

I could not be happier with my MotoTent from LoneRider. At first, I was a little intimidated by the size and thought I would not be able to put it together by myself, but I was surprised by how easy it actually was. It is cleverly designed, and I love the fact that I have quick and easy access to my motorcycles from INSIDE the tent. I also want to mention that the weekend my friends and I went camping, it rained! And my motorcycle was the only one that was nice a dry hehehe Thank you for making a tent with motorcyclist in mind :)

Having bought one based on reviews from around the world and now tested it this weekend - It is a fantastic tent. Not just for the biker in me, but for use for a normal camping trip too. Very well designed, fab quality, spacious for the 2 of us and extremely easy to set up. This is going to be my go-to tent for many years to come. Some would be put off by the price, but it is really worth it. Those with us on our camping trip had tent envy.

Taking down was a dream and the compression sack means none of this squeezing your tent back in a tiny bag!
I took extra poles & guy-ropes for the front porch, but will buy the Lonerider ones as mine are old windbreak ones with spikes which were heavy.
We went camping with friends and the bike area was very handy for storing my bike at night and the cool boxes as well as chairs and tables in the daytime when we went out.
It fit perfectly on top of my Saddlemen TS3200DE Deluxe bag with my URPRO Outdoor Camping Chair tied down with Rokstraps.
Both had their first outing as well.
The saddlemen sits perfectly over the RE meteor350 rear seat and holds everything I could need to camp for 2 nights.
There was a fair bit of weight on the bike, but it handled it well.
Love the meteor and this tent, so will be camping again with this lot.

Loads of room for sleeping and used the garage as seating area.
Loved the smart pockets
, the mosquito net and height in the garage.
Mosquito nets kept the sleeping area cool, but the bugs out.
Easy to break down and strap on to continue the trip.

Love the Moto Tent!
This tent is good for overnight stays but is perfect for those long extended weekends or
more. Very convenient and even parked my bike inside one night due to rain.
When not parking your bike in the garage area it is perfect for storing items inside for small trips to the store or riding the trails.
One minor disappointment (still keeping my five star rating) was the hook inside the tent, which is meant to hold a flashlight or maybe a small fan, was unfortunately never sewn. Working on a solution - again minor.

Perfect for any bike, used the tent several times now and I have to say its fantastic. Fits on the back of the bike no problem, strong and sturdy material and easy to assemble. Lots of interest from fellow bikers when away too. Obviously the bike isn't always parked inside but its great to know it fits if you need to protect to from the elements or work on it in out of the rain. Big bonus for me, I'm 6'1 and can stand up easy to change into the textiles or leathers.

I bought two sets of this pole, but it was cold, so I used one set. Before putting the bike in, I used this space as a kitchen to cook. It doesn't require a tarp, so it was really easy to use. It's a genuine option!
