Do I need a computer to configure it on my bike?
No, but it is recommended you connect and update your MotoCAN/ezCAN to get the latest version of the software to assess the full functionality.
How many Motorcycle Lights can I attach to my motorcycle?
A limit of four (4) Motorcycle Lights has been imposed on MotoCAN. This is to protect the power draw on the bike and components.
Does MotoCan has any advantages (special functions) over EZ HexScan?
No
Are Motorcycle lights compatible with Hex Ezcan
If there is no MotoCAN developed for Motorcycle Lights, any bike specific Gen2 ezCAN that has a minimum of v2408 release software will work with Motorcycle Lights. You can order a HEX ezCAN via the official distributor network to power the Motorcycle Lights.

NOT compatible with :
- Any other CANbus system
- DENALI CANsmart
- DENALI DialDim

What is the difference between Gen I and Gen II ezCAN?

- the Gen-I is 55mm long,
- Gen-II is 76mm long
The easiest way is to check the MT-03 connectors. MT-03 connectors are used on GEN-II ezCANs and connect to the Motorcycle Lights
Will MotoCAN invalidate my warranty?
Your warranty is not voided because you do not cut, or tap into, any wires. Should your dealer have a problem with the MotoCAN being connected, you can simply disconnect the MotoCAN from the battery and CAN connection, and reconnect the stock connector if required.

Yes, the Motorcycle Lights have an IP Class of IP68 and 69K
Are the Motorcycle Lights resistant to off-road bumps and falls?
The Motorcycle Lights have undergone rigorous vibration and drop tests.. But, the Motorcycle Lights should not be fixed to the motorcycle in an exposed position where in the unfortunate event of a drop, they can be damaged.
Is there any risk for my vehicle's battery life?
No, the MotoLights are controlled by MotoCAN. Max output settings can be configured in the MotoCAN software application.

The Installation Center assumes full responsibility for a correct installation and sets independent service pricing. All installation fees are determined by and paid directly to the Installation Center, whose pricing and service details must be made publicly available on their website for transparent communication with the customer.
